What platforms do you use for application development?

devENTITY is a Microsoft Windows shop.  We develop using the .NET framework.  While we do not provide ColdFusion development we do have a referral partner available for those who need such services.

Do you provide ongoing support for your projects?

Yes, the majority of our clients rely on us for support past initial project completion.  We provide email, phone, and on-site support - as well as training and project upgrades as your business grows.

What are the "first steps" in working with devENTITY?

An initial consultation will provide the groundwork for which to move foward.  During the consultation we will discover your needs and discuss your vision.  From there we will provide a proposal detailing our suggestions along with an itemized budget of proposed costs.

Do you work on an hourly-rate or fixed-bid basis?

devENTITY proposals are submitted on a fixed-bid basis containing a line item budget that totals a not to exceed price should the proposal be accepted.
